Introduction:
Fish paste is made of mashed fish meat which is also a more popular ingredient for cooking hot pot. Use a spoon or knife and fork to cut the whole plate of fish paste into many small pieces before putting them into the hot pot.
Instruction:
1.Fill the hot pot with broth or stock and bring it to a boil.
2.Place fish paste in the broth to cook. The broth should be kept at a rolling boil, and it should be cooked for a short period of time until floating.
3.Use a slotted spoon or chopsticks to remove the cooked ingredients from the broth and dip them in a sauce before eating.
