Introduction:
The appearance of Tiantan vermicelli is glittering and translucent with a refreshing and strong taste. The crystal and thin vermicelli uses green beans as the raw material. When eat it, soften the vermicelli in boiling water to soak for 3-5 minutes until tender and then cook with ingredients. It can also be stir-fried, steamed and dressed with a variety of vegetables, fish, meat and eggs.
Instructions:
Hot-pot:
Put vermicelli in boiling water for 8 mins, then serve.
Salad:
Put vermicelli in boiling water for 8 mins then taken out, and let it cool in cold water. Put vegetables and seasonings. Mix well and serve.
Soup dish:
Add vermicelli into the pot 8mins before serving.
