Introduction:
The authentic Liuzhou River Snails Rice Noodle is a well-known dish around the country which smells bad, but tastes fresh, sour, refreshing and spicy. It is made of the special soft and refreshing rice noodles and all kinds of ingredients such as sour bamboo shoot, agaric, peanut, fried beancurd, yellow broccoli, fresh vegetables with the cooked snail soup. The crayfish flavor make the products more rich and spicy. If you haven't tried it yet, there are a number of reasons you owe it to yourself to give it a chance.
Instructions:
1.Open the bag and take out the dried rice noodles, put them in a pot and cook until the rice noodles can be broken with chopsticks. Take them out and put them in a bowl for later use (the cooking time is about 10-15 minutes)
2.Take out the river snail soup and other ingredients and pour them into the bowl of rice noodles
3.In addition, boil a pot of boiling water and pour it into the bowl until the rice noodles and ingredients are covered by the water, then stir evenly with chopsticks to serve.
